Getting it to production, reliably, more than once
Deploying is easy. Deploying the same artefact four times a day without thinking about it is infrastructure, and it has opinions.
A first deploy is a project. The tenth is a pipeline. The hundredth is the difference between a team that ships and a team that holds a ritual — and the gap between them is almost never the code.
The pipeline should make the safe thing the easy thing
If deploying requires remembering four things in the right order, it will eventually be done in the wrong order by someone who is tired. Tests, build, security scan and deploy belong in one artefact that cannot be skipped.
CI/CD pipelines from $699 are the boring centre of everything else on this page. Get the build reproducible, the environment differences explicit, and the rollback real. Everything about an agent running unattended depends on this being dependable.
Decide the architecture before the vendor
Most production problems are architecture problems that arrived late. Where state lives, what happens when one dependency is slow, what the blast radius is when one service degrades. These are worth thinking about on a whiteboard, and worth paying someone to think about with you.
Cloud architecture is custom scope, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a reference architecture that does not fit your constraints.
Assume the agent will be attacked
An autonomous agent holding credentials is a target with an API. Application security review from $1,499 covers the application layer — authz, input handling, the seams where your service calls something you did not write.
Ship smaller, more often
The teams with boring releases are not the careful ones. They are the ones that made a small change cheap, so they never batch six risky things into a Monday. Every item above exists to make the small change safe — that is the actual goal.
